Shop
With a shop you can sell a range of products. You can have a shop for each types of products, e.g. for lunch, take away, coffee, Friday party or a snack bar. You can also use your shop for a one-time event. There is no limit on, what you can sell in your shop. The benefits of creating a new shop is:
- Add a shop for different types of products.
- A shop can have it owns payment methods (Premium plan)
- Each shop can have different products and prices, which is suitable if multiple tenants may buy different products at different prices (Premium plan)
Guest payment
Guests can pay in the canteen with the mobile phone. Guests don't need to download the app to make a purchase. The guest just scan an QR code or type "gopay.menu" in the mobile browser. Hereafter the products are shown and can be paid by credit card. The kitchen choose which products can be paid by guests only.
We have prepared a Guest board template, which you can print and hang up in the canteen.
Payment methods
You can add different payment methods for each shop. The payment methods are:
BASIS plan:
- Credit card and MobilePay
- Invoicing. (By selecting invoicing users won't pay by credit card. Purchases must be exported from the system and invoiced separately to the Shoppers company.)

BUSINESS plan:
- Same as BASIS plan

PREMIUM plan:
- Same as BUSINEES plan
- Digital wallet + auto top-up

Simple payroll deduction
With simple payroll deduction Shoppers can choose payroll deduction. The transaction is registered as a payroll purchase. All payroll purchase can be downloaded in a CSV file from the web portal and should be invoiced to the Shoppers company separately.
